I really enjoyed Kigali. The hotel was incredibly beautiful. My room was brand-new and large with 2 bottles of drinking water. The facilities such as an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and an electric kettle were available. The location was particularly good, next to the restaurants, Volcanoes national park and Nyungwe, and the outskirts of Kigali and easily accessible. Also, Kicukiro District was 2 miles away.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Kigali that was located on the outskirts of the city. Despite not being close to the city center, getting around was easy as we could easily hail a taxi or take a motorbike. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a pleasant retreat after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist us with any queries or requests. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and cooling off during the hot afternoons.
The internet connection at the hotel was intermittent and slow at times, which was a bit frustrating.

Driver pick-up at 3 am was on time. Free airport transfers included. Clean, spacious room with necessary amenities. Loved the inclusive breakfast options for non-meat eaters. Property had beautiful landscape views, made more romantic by occasional rain. Convenient location for major attractions, with reasonable car reservation fee. Welcoming and accommodating staff, especially Yves, Arnold, and Gason.
